Consider using “Help”

The Help function is one of the least used features of Microsoft Office. In the past, this lack of use was understandable. The “Help” provided was usually very far from the user’s contextual need for it, or merely expounded upon areas as confusing as the application was for the novice user. Today’s “Help” is more expansive, intelligent and direct to the point, than ever before. Part of this is due to the rapid increases to computing power in general, which allowed for more enhancements to be embedded within most applications.

“Help” today, involves so much more than asking a question, receiving and answer and proceeding from there.
